Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 August 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 September 2004, I the undersigned Mr Keith Dowle and Mrs Lisa Stacey Dowle,as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said OLIVER DAVID DOWLE, who is a child, a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Chittock and assumed the name of Dowle. 11 August 2004.
