Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 28 May 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 September 2004, Joanna Ruth Morris and Robin Clifford Morris, both of Rossall Isle Lane, Bicton, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY3 8ED, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of FRANCIS HENRY MORRIS, a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the forenames of Harold Francis and assumed in lieu thereof the forenames of Francis Henry.
