AUTHORISATION OF INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS

Take notice that I, Paul Anthony George, of Debt Free Direct Limited, York House, Ackhust Park, Foxhole Road, Chorley PR7 1NY, intend to apply to the Secretary of State under the provisions of the above Act for authorisation to act as an Insolvency Practitioner. Any person having reason to believe that such authorisation should not be granted should, within 28 days of publication of this notice, communicate such reason to the Department of Trade and Industry, 5th Floor West, Ladywood House 45-46 Stephenson Street, Birmingham B2 4UZ.
