(together the “Bellows Estates”) and who previously traded collectively under the names of

from premises known as 25 Hill Street, St Helier, Jersey Notice is hereby given that, on 15 September 2004, the Royal Court of Jersey after reading the Representation of the Viscount of the Royal Court and upon hearing the Advocate for the Viscount: 1. Directed the Viscount to proceed and take all necessary steps with a view to the pooling and consolidation of the assets, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses of the Bellows Estates; 2. adjourned the further consideration of the Viscount’s Representation until 14 October 2004, at 9.00 am; 3. ordered the convening before it of the Creditors of the Bellows Estates and the claimants of trust and Company structures previously administered by the Bellows Estates by notice published in the Jersey and London Gazettes and by ordinary mail sent to the last known contact address of each Creditor and claimant or to any advisor known to the Viscount or, where there has been no claim to a structure filed, to the last known correspondence address in connection with the entity and that any claimant or Creditor wishing to object to the relief sought by the Viscount at point 1 above should file notice of such objection and the grounds for the objection and if appropriate, alternative relief with the Judicial Greffe, Royal Court House, Royal Square, St Helier, Jersey JE1 1JG, by no later than close of business on 11 October 2004; and 4. Ordered that no other persons need be convened. It should be noted that the likely outcome of the procedure at point 1 above is that there will be no payment available for the benefit of the unsecured Creditors in the désastres of the Bellows Estates. A copy of the said Representation at point 2 above is available for inspection by application to the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Twenty Two Colomberie, St Helier, Jersey JE1 4XA (for the attention of Mr Peter Feeney), to which firm any general enquiries in relation to the Bellows Estates are to be addressed.
