The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 12170 of The London Gazette dated 27 September 2004: In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Manchester District Registry  No 1308 of 2004 EMMETT ENTERPRISES LIMITED (In Administration) We, Jonathan Guy Lord and Robert Cooksey, of Bridgestones, 125-127 Union Street, Oldham OL1 1TE, hereby give notice that we were appointed as Joint Administrators of the above Company on 22 April 2004. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward proofs of debt, incorporating their full name, address, descriptions and full particulars of their debt to the Joint Administrators of the Company, at the above address, and, if so required by notice in writing by the said Joint Administrators, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts at such time or place as be specified in such notice, or in default therefore they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before such debts are proved. As it is our intention to grant a First and Final Dividend to all known Creditors by 31 October 2004, these claims should be received by 18 October 2004, all Creditors failing to prove in the estate before this date will therefore be excluded from this distribution.
