INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT

NOTICE OF INTENDED DIVIDEND

In the High Court  No 383 of 1999 EDWIN CHARLES ORCHARD I, Melvyn Laurence Rose, of Elliot, Woolfe & Rose, 1st Floor, Equity House, 128-136 High Street, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7TT, the Supervisor of Edwin Charles Orchard, hereby give notice that it is intended to declare a Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors in the above matter. Any Creditor who wishes to be included in the Dividend is required to furnish details of their claim to the Supervisor in writing by 31 October 2004, or be excluded from the Dividend to be declared on or before 22 December 2004.
