Notice is hereby given that I, Peter W Engel, of Solomon Hare Business Rescue, Oakfield House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, have been appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company following a written Resolution of the Company on 7 October 2004. Creditors are invited to submit their claim to me at the above address. The Liquidator gives notice, pursuant to Rule 4.182(A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Creditors of the Company must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator at the above address by 17 December 2004. The Liquidator also gives notice under the provision of Rule 4.182(A)(6) that he intends to make a Final Distribution to Creditors who have submitted claims otherwise a distribution will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proven. It should be noted that the Director of the Company has made a Statutory Declaration that he has made a full inquiry into the affairs of the Company and that he is of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of 12 months from the commencement of the winding-up.
