TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 247

THE WALTHAM FOREST (LEYTON GRANGE ESTATE, LONDON E10) (STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAYS) ORDER 2004

1. The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest hereby gives notice that it has made the above-mentioned Order on 2 November 2004 under section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, authorising the stopping-up of lengths of the public highway of Leyton Grange, London E10. 2. A copy of the Order and relevant plans may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at: (a) The Information Desk, Town Hall, Forest Road, Walthamstow, London E17; (b) The Reception Desk, Municipal Offices, 16 The Ridgeway, Chingford, London E4; and (c) The First Stop Shop, Leytonstone Library, Church Lane, Leytonstone, London E11; and may be obtained, free of charge, at these addresses. 3. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above-mentioned Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 4 November 2004, apply to the High Court for suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
