Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 12 October 2004 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 12 October 2004, Claire Elizabeth Fellows, married and a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, on behalf of BUZZ ERIC STANLEY FELLOWS YATES, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the first name of Eric and on behalf of Buzz Eric Stanley Fellows Yates has assumed and adopted with the intention on all occasions to use and subscribe the first name of Buzz instead of Eric so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Buzz Eric Stanley Fellows Yates. 12 October 2004.
