Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 20 August 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 28 September 2004 by Enitan Ebun Owuye, of 26 New Place Square, Southwark Park Road, London SE16 2HW, the person having parental responsibility for ADEDOYIN JAMES ODUKOYA, who is 15 years old, single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Adedoyin Odukoya James and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Adedoyin James Odukoya. 23 September 2004.
