Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 October 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 November 2004 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said IEUAN SCOTT-LESLIE HUGHES, of 116 Underhill Crescent, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ieuan Scott-Leslie Richards-Brown and assumed the name of Ieuan Scott-Leslie Hughes.
