Notice is hereby given to all known Creditors, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company is Friday 31 December 2004, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Simon G Paterson, of Moore Stephens, Corporate Recovery, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU, the Liquidator of the said Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare a Dividend to all known Creditors within 4 months of the last date for proving.
