The Queen has directed that the appointments of Mr Cyril Arthur Littlewood to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire dated 12 June 1971, and to be a Member of the Royal Victorian Order dated 31 December 2001, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Registers of the said Orders.
