(Date of Liquidation Tuesday 28 October 2003) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above Company intends to make a First and Final Distribution to Creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before Friday 14 January 2005, by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator, at c/o F. A. Hatch & Co, “Castle View”, 48 Salop Street, Dudley, West Midlands DY1 3AY, on or before Friday 14 January 2005, which is the last date for proving claims. Creditors must also, if requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support the Creditor’s claim, as the Liquidator deems necessary. Notice is also given that the intended distribution is a Final Distribution and will be made without regard to any claims not made by the final date for proving claims.
