At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 42 Fore Street, Bodmin, Cornwall, on 23 December 2004, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Derek Anthony Jeal, of Parkway House, 1 Pityme Business Centre, St Minver, Wadebridge, Cornwall PL27 6NU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” H N Wood, Chairman
