(formerly Aquasmart Limited) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 48 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Chartered Accountants Hall, Moorgate Place, London EC2R 7EF, on 31 January 2005, at 2.30 pm, for the purposes mentioned in sections 48 and 49 of the said Act. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or to be represented at the Meeting. Creditors may only vote at the Meeting if a written statement of claim has been lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 28 January 2005 and has been admitted in accordance with the Insolvency Rules 1986.
