The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 403 of The London Gazette dated 14 January 2005: On 1 January 2005 all the activities of “National Kidney Federation” an unincorporated association (“NKF”) will be taken over by “National Kidney Federation”, a Company limited by guarantee with registered No 5272349 and a charity registered under No 1106735 and from that date all contracts, undertakings and activities will be the sole responsibility of the Company limited by guarantee and any authority of any former agents of NKF is terminated. The relevant date will be the effective date of the transfer of the assets and liabilities from the unincorporated charity to the incorporated charity.
