NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A LOCAL PLAN

SOUTH KESTEVEN LOCAL PLAN 2001-2011 (FIRST STAGE DEPOSIT)

Copies of this plan, made available for inspection by South Kesteven District Council, have been withdrawn because:

the Replacement Lincolnshire Structure Plan (Deposit April 2004) includes significantly different housing requirements to those used in the First Stage Deposit Local Plan; and

the changes to the planning system introduced by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 which will result in all local plans being replaced by a folder of local development documents called a Local Development Framework.
