STATUTORY ORDERS (SPECIAL PROCEDURE) ACT 1945

TRANSPORT AND WORKS ACT 1992

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 2(1) of the Statutory Orders (Special Procedure) Act 1945, that it is the intention of the Secretary of State for Transport to lay before Parliament the Midland Metro (Wednesbury to Brierley Hill and Miscellaneous Amendments) Order (“the Order”) made by him on 26 January 2005. The Order was made under sections 1 and 5 of the Transport and Works Act 1992 and by virtue of section 12(1) of that Act is subject to special parliamentary procedure.
