A Meeting of the Creditor of the above-named Company will be held under the provisions of section 48 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at Trinity House, Heather Park Drive, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 1SU, on 15 February 2005, at 10.30 am, to receive a report of the Administrative Receiver and to decide if a Committee of Creditors should be appointed. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or to be represented at the Meeting. Please note the following if you intend to vote at the Meeting: a written statement of claim must be lodged with the Administrative Receiver by 12.00 noon on the day before the Meeting at Trinity House, Heather Park Drive, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 1SU; a proxy form is available and this must be completed and lodged with the Administrative Receiver before the Meeting.
