Notice is hereby given that I, Hiywot Tadesse Ergicho, of 119 Kerscott Road, Northern Moor, Manchester M23 0QE, formerly called and known by the name of Hawo Ahmed Osman, a citizen of Somalia by birth, give public notice that on 11 February 2005 I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my first name and surname of Hawo Ahmed Osman and assumed and adopted in place thereof the first name and surname of Hiywot Tadesse Ergicho, and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Satutory Declaration dated 11 February 2005 under my hand, duly executed by me and attested by a Solicitor/Commissioner of oath on 11 February 2005.
