The Queen having been pleased to approve that Major Angus Sinclair Mackay, TD DL JP, be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the area of Caithness to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in his favour bearing the date 15 February 2005 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant. 28 February 2005.
