Zoo Licencing

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE

I, Mark Lester Edgerley, of Wildlife Heritage Foundation, Marley Farm, Headcom Road, Smarden, Ashford, Kent TN27 8PJ, hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice I intend to make application to the Ashford Borough Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Marley Farm, Headcorn Road, Smarden, Ashford, Kent TN27 8PJ. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at the Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
Representations
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should make them in writing and send them to the Director of Community Services, Ashford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PL. Representations must be received by 11 May 2005.
