Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 7 January 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 21 December 2004 by Penelope Bennett, of 9 Pickhurst Green, Hayes, Bromley, Kent BR2 7QT, the person having parental responsibility for PAIGE MEGAN INDIANA BENNETT, who is 6 years old, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Monks and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Bennett.
