Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 30 November 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 21 December 2004 by Julie Vale, of 115 Woodthorpe Drive, Bewdley, Worcester, the person having parental responsibility for EMMA LOUISE VALE, who is 15 years old, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Henderson and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Vale. 21 December 2004.
