The Queen has been pleased to approve the appointment of The Viscountess Sheelin Virginia Knollys OBE DL as Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Norfolk to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the county, through sickness and other inability to act.
