Meetings of Creditors

THE WEDGEWOOD ROOMS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held under the provisions of section 48 of the Insolvency Act 1986, at the offices of hjs Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2EA, on 27 April 2005, at 10.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 48(2) and 49 of that Act. Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting. Creditors who intend to vote at the Meeting should note the following. Written statements of claim must be lodged with the Administrative Receiver by 12.00 noon on the day before the Meeting at hjs Recovery, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 2EA, and proxies for use at the Meeting must also be lodged with the Administrative Receiver.
