DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE
PARISH OF BARTON UPON HUMBER, COUNTY OF NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Far Ings National Nature Reserve No 1 Declaration 2005 made on the 15 April 2005 English Nature declared that the land having a total area of 64.63 hectares or thereabouts, situated in the parish of Barton upon Humber in the county of North Lincolnshire and shown single hatched and shaded yellow on the map attached to the said Declaration, is being held by the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust and North Lincolnshire Council, bodies approved by English Nature. Certified copies of the Far Ings National Nature Reserve No 1 Declaration 2005 have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of North Lincolnshire Council, and at the offices of English Nature at Bullring House, Northgate, Wakefield and Northminster House, Peterborough.
