Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 14 January 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 14 January 2005, GARETH ANDREW SEDDON-PRICE, of Downsview, Godstone Road, Bletchingley, Surrey RH1 4PL, divorced and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Porter and assumed the surname of Seddon-Price.
