Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 11 January 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 17 February 2005 by Laurie Johnston and Phillip Alan Kolvin, of 13 Winterbrook Road, London SE24 9HZ, the persons having parental responsiblity for JESSIE ANN JOHNSTON KOLVIN, who is 8 years old, single and a British citizen, by virtue of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Jessie Ann Kolvin and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Jessie Ann Johnston Kolvin.
