Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 13 January 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11 March 2005, Christina Carroll, as the person having parental responsiblity, on behalf of the said DANIELLE LAURA EDWARDS, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Danielle Laura Geraghty and assumed the name of Danielle Laura Edwards.
