Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 April 2005, JAMES LACEY, of Oakleigh House, 197
Canterbury Road, Birchington, Kent CT7 9AH, divorced and a Commonwealth citizen, under
section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Derek Arthur
Lacey and assumed the name of James Lacey.
