Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10 March 2005 and enrolled in the
Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 April 2005, Enitan Ebun Ewuye, of 26 New Place Square,
Southwark Park Road, London SE16 2HW, as person having parental responsiblity, on
behalf of ADEDOYIN JAMES-ODUKOYA, a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen, under
section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Odukoya
James and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of James-Odukoya.
