Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23 May 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 31 May 2005, Simon Cole and Sally Elaine Pike, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said BRADLEY LEWIS COLE who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Bradley Lewis Pike and assumed the name of Bradley Lewis Cole.
