Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17 February 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 May 2005, BILLY JAMES MANSFIELD, of 33 Moss Path, Galleywood, Chelmsford, Essex, who is single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Billy James Palmer and assumed the name of Billy James Mansfield.
