Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 22 June 2005 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 12 July 2005, I, JULIE SCOTT, 9 Farrington Avenue, Withington, Manchester M20 2ER, single, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 11(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Brandon and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Scott instead of the surname of Brandon so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Julie Scott exclusively.
