APPOINTMENT BY HM THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF HER DUCHY OF LANCASTER

Lord Shuttleworth, Lord Lieutenant of Lancashire, has been appointed Chairman of Council in succession to Sir Michael Bunbury Bt, KCVO, DL, with effect from 1 January 2006.
