Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 August 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 September 2005, Tina Zoe Smart, of 21 Thatch Barn Road, Headcorn, near Ashford, Kent TN27 9UB, as person having parental responsibilty on behalf of the said CONNIE JANE SMART, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Connie Jane Tomlin and assumed the name of Connie Jane Smart. 20 September 2005.
