Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 June 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 August 2005, Julie Anne Louise Dooney, of 15 Buchanan Drive, Finchampstead, Wokingham, Berkshire RG40 4EF, as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said CAIRA JAYNE DOONEY, who is a child, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Caira Jayne Lawrence and assumed the name of Caira Jayne Dooney.
