Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 5 June 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 17 August 2005, I, HONOR JUDITH EVANSON JAMES, of Houghton Cottage, Houghton Green Lane, Plyden, near Rye, East Sussex, married and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Judith Honor Evanson James and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Honor Judith Evanson James.
