Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 28 February 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 July 2005, Tharshini Sivaguru, of 30 Ramsthorn Close, Woodhall Park, Swindon, Wiltshire SN2 2TZ, divorced and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Revathi Ahilan and assumed the name of REVATHI AANA SIVAGURU (in respect of her daugher, a child of 6 years, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981).
