Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 September 2005 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 22 September 2005, KERAN LEE WATTS, of 318 Willoughby Road, Kingston upon Hull HU5 5JT, in the county of Yorkshire, single and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the forename of Karen and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the forename of Keran and the surname of Watts instead of the forename of Karen so as to be at all times called known and described by the full name of Keran Lee Watts exclusively.
