Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 20 October 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 28 October 2005 by Andrea Grant and Abdul Ikram, of 37 Falmer Road, Walthamstow, London E17 3BH, the persons having parental responsibility for SOFIA CHANDA ANDREA GRANT IKRAM, who is two years old, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Safiyyah Chanda Andrea Ikram and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Sofia Chanda Andrea Grant Ikram.
