NOTICE TO FORMER MEMBERS OF THE DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PENSION SCHEME KNOWN AS THE BOURNS LIMITED PENSION SCHEME (PREVIOUSLY THE POWER INNOVATIONS LIMITED PENSION SCHEME)

Notice is given in accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 pursuant to the winding-up of the above Scheme.
Any person who believes that they have an entitlement to benefits remaining in the Scheme, and who has not already been contacted by the Trustee should contact the Trustee at the address below, providing:

Full name, address, date of birth and NI number
Documentary evidence of entitlement
Details of location and dates of the relevant employment.

All claims for benefit must be received within 90 days of the date of this newspaper, after which the Trustee will apply the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled to them, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice, and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice.
