Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 8 July 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 19 July 2005 by Kate Elizabeth Price, as person having responsibility on behalf of the said REES THOMAS PRICE who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rees Thomas Buckley and assumed the name of Rees Thomas Price.
