Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, as of 17 November 2005, Dresdner Kleinwort Capital Investment Company Limited transferred to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Limited, its entire interest (represented by a capital contriubtion of Euro 30) in European Mezzanine Fund III (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP006249 and that with effect from that date Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership and Dresdner Kleinwort Capital Investment Company Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
