NOTIFICATION OF SSSI

Notification of a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) under section 28 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, substituted by Schedule 9 to the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000. Notice is hereby given that Burledge Sidelands and Meadows in Bath and North East Somerset was notified as an SSSI by English Nature on 30 November 2005. The site is located 1 kilometre south of Bishop Sutton in Bath and North East Somerset at National Grid Ref ST 593 581. Any representations or objections about this notification should be made in writing to the address above by 29 March 2006. Once English Nature has considered all representations, the notification will either be confirmed or withdrawn.
