Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 October 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature, on 8 November 2005, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Alice Penny Liberty Morgan, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Alice Penny Liberty Evans and assumed the name of ALICE PENNY LIBERTY MORGAN. 21 October 2005.
