Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 December 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 December 2005, Ahmed Ibrahim Zaki as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said RYAN ZAKI, of 7 Thisworth Close, Osterly, Middlesex TW7 4QQ, who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Islam Ahmed Zaki and assumed the name of Ryan Zaki. 12 December 2005.
