Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 17 February 2005, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 9 December 2005, by Nicholas Rosbottom and Regina Sophia Negus, both of Willow Lodge, Church Road, High Beach, Loughton IG10 4AJ, the parents of Harry Thomas Rosbottom, who is 5 years old, single, and a British Citizen by virtue of section (I)(i) of the British Nationality Act 1981, the said Harry Thomas Rosbottom abandoned the name of Rosbottom and assumed in lieu thereof the name of NEGUS-ROSS.
